For some odd reason I am Valentine’s Day mom for BOTH of my kids classes. And, I have been for the last two years. What crazy twist of fate would have that happen so many times in a row? Someone said it’s because my name ends with the letter “M” so that’s where I fall but I just confirmed today that the class mothers randomly shuffle the names around. What does this matter, you ask? Well, it happens to be a lousy holiday to get class goodies because you can’t get anything with hearts or kisses for boys. What is a boy going to do with a kissy-heart treasure box? Or little heart stickers or love lip gloss? Not a whole lot. That’s why I always get color-yourself picture frames that are non-gender specific. I get them at Michael’s craft store. They are in the wood crafts isle and are a bargain $1 each. Love and kisses to you all!
